At P's Pro Max, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We allow for returns on a case by case basis, however, if you receive a defective item, we offer a refund policy as follows:

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and we currently only ship Monday through Friday. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped out.
